01 / About

Still an engineer, with a title.

I started taking client work in 2016, while I was still at university, and never really stopped. Four years of contracts and a part time role building systems for my campus before my first full time job.

In late 2020 I moved to Jakarta and built Invesnow, a mutual fund investing platform, from an empty repository: KYC, purchase, portfolio, redemption. Then national scale systems for Indonesian ministries with Inarray and Capio Teknologi.

My first CTO role was at REACH! Finance, where I stepped in as the team's second CTO after the founding CTO's departure and took an existing goals based planner further: blue-green deployments, Xendit as the payment gateway, and goal-linked purchasing so a savings goal could convert into telco top-ups or a gadget, without ever holding the user's money. I left to co found Sxored, backed by East Ventures, joining as Head of Engineering and growing into the CTO seat.

Sxored is a credit intelligence platform: a hybrid pipeline of deterministic parsing and AI that turns financial documents into decisions credit analysts can act on, plus quick appraisal for property valuation. AI is part of how I build, held to the same bar as any dependency. Along the way I led both Invesnow and Sxored through ISO 27001 certification.

Tooling around the models

A model on its own is a demo. I wire them into the workflow: MCP servers for tool access, Context7 for documentation that is actually current, OpenRouter for routing between models, Graphify and Ponytail as agents on top, Obsidian as the knowledge base underneath it all.

Sprints, boards and delivery tracking in Jira, Trello and ClickUp. Slack for everything the team needs to decide without a meeting.
